Young Leaders United (YLU) is United Way of Forsyth County’s network for young professionals who want to grow as leaders while giving back to their community. YLU members combine service, networking, and philanthropy to make a meaningful impact in Forsyth and Dawson Counties—all while building connections with peers who share their passion for creating change.

The Nonprofit Leadership Collective is a regional initiative powered by United Way Forsyth & Dawson Counties to strengthen and unite the nonprofit sector across the region.
Through shared learning, leadership development, and collaborative problem-solving, the Collective serves as the central hub for nonprofit excellence — equipping organizations to grow their capacity, amplify their impact, and build a stronger, more connected community.
