We are excited to invite families with children ages 0–5 to join The Basics Program, a FREE 5-week series designed to help give your child a strong start in life.
The Basics are simple, everyday activities that support your child’s brain development and growth. This program is for everyone who cares for young children — parents, grandparents, and caregivers. By practicing The Basics daily, you can help your child learn, grow, and thrive through everyday moments.
The Five Basics
- Maximize Love, Manage Stress (Session 1)
- Talk, Sing, and Point (Session 2)
- Count, Group, and Compare (Session 3)
- Explore Through Movement and Play (Session 4)
- Read and Discuss Stories (Session 5)

- Thursdays: April 16, 23, 30 & May 7, 14
